About the role

The Retail Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Pay

The starting pay rate for this position is $30.00 per hour, with a range from $30.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The Retail Director works full-time hours, typically 40 hours per week, with some flexibility based on business needs.
