Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and train staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
• Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.

Pay

$19.04 to $31.22 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours vary depending on the store location and shift, typically 8-hour shifts with flexibility.
