About the role
Responsible for managing retail operations within the AAFES network. Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all AAFES policies and security protocols.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and mentor staff members.
- Perform financial reporting and budgeting tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Background check required.
