Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Expert and brand ambassador for Pike Nurseries
- Lead and mentor others
- Connect with customers and provide expert product knowledge
- Monitor inventory control, including ordering and buying materials
- Manage operations: POS, scheduling, and budgets
- Follow safe work practices and report unsafe conditions
Other Skills, Abilities, & Qualifications
- High level of interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations
- Proven leadership
- Intermediate computer skills in Outlook and Excel
- Point of Service Training
- Organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to delegate
- Ability to relate to and train others
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods
- Able to multi-task
