Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II

Responsibilities

• Support the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by acting as a visual deterrent to prevent loss or dishonesty, including wearing a body‑worn camera.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front of the store or in a designated department.
• Wear the complete company‑approved uniform, including the body‑worn camera.
• Greet customers courteously and direct them to store management or customer service via a company‑issued radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents to loss prevention or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and cultural values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 0–2 years of retail or security experience.

Pay

This position has a starting pay range of $16.80 to $18.60 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
