Responsibilities

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
• Wear a complete Company‑approved uniform including a body‑worn camera
• Greet customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect
• Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department
• Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company‑issued radio
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to loss prevention or store management
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 0‑2 years of retail or security experience
• Able to stand for long periods of time

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Sound decision‑making skills
• Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
• Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively

Pay

Starting pay range: USD $17.13 to $18.60 per hour (actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience). Full range of the position: $17.13 to $23.90 per hour.
