About the role
We're looking for an experienced Retail Logistics Manager to own and scale our wholesale operations across indie, mid-market, and big-box retail. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of our Logistics, Sales Operations, Systems, Supply Chain and Growth.
Responsibilities
- Own B2B order operations end-to-end: monitor and manage order flows across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Walmart Retail Link, Target POL, NetSuite, and EDI, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfilment across all retail partners.
- Drive SLA and KPI performance: set targets across all activity areas including OTIF, order accuracy, chargebacks and 3PL performance, track compliance, lead root cause analysis on failures, and report weekly to leadership with clear action plans and insights.
- Audit and manage purchase orders: review retail POs for accuracy in partnership with our Growth team and rep groups; oversee documentation and end-to-end PO process management.
- Manage 3PL and carrier relationships: own the day-to-day B2B performance of our 3PLs and logistics partners to optimise cost and service levels.
- Lead retailer compliance: ensure adherence to routing guides, EDI requirements (850/856/810), RFID/labelling standards, and retailer-specific operational expectations; own chargeback dispute resolution.
- Own B2B logistics strategy and packaging: oversee casepack configurations, retailer-specific packaging requirements, display-shipping and logistics on an ongoing basis - not just at onboarding.
- Own new account onboarding: project-manage end-to-end the operational onboarding of new retail partners - routing guides, EDI and systems setup, labelling and packaging requirements - and establish repeatable playbooks.
- Manage SKU accuracy and hierarchy strategy: own the strategy for SKU handling and hierarchy across NA retailers, communicating requirements to the wider Operations team to ensure best practice setup and processing.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Growth on inventory: review Growth allocation and demand forecasts, manage inbound B2B freight, maintain and report on our stock position across our 3PL locations.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B fulfilment, sales operations, or retail logistics, with at least 2 years managing fulfilment for large/big-box retailers (not just Amazon FBA).
- Proven hands-on experience with at least two major retailers - Walmart, Target, Costco, or equivalent - including direct implementation and compliance with their routing guides, portals, and EDI requirements.
- Track record of building and improving operational processes in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with Amazon FBA supply chain and compliance.
- Proven AI skills applied to process automation or data manipulation.
- Strong EDI fluency and ability to liaise with internal Systems teams to troubleshoot and resolve transmission issues.
- Experience with Shopify Plus back-office and B2B order management; NetSuite or similar ERP required.
- Excellent cross-functional communicator - equally comfortable with warehouse teams, Growth, and leadership.
- Self-starter with a service-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
