8-hour shift, scheduled for 40-hours per week

- Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
Responsibilities
- Operate box truck to transport donated goods between donation centers, retail stores, warehouses, and recycling partners.
- Load and unload goods using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or by hand as required.
- Ensure proper securing of cargo and adherence to weight limits.
- Inspect vehicles before and after use to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues.
- Aid in organizing and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse and loading docks.
- Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any incidents.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with donors, store staff, and the public.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and DOT standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and For Hire (or Chauffeur's) endorsement
- Experience driving box trucks (16–26 ft.) and handling materials
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of local area, equipment, and material handling techniques
- Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- DOT physical clearance and ability to pass background, drug, and alcohol screenings
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Neat appearance with steel toe boots worn at all times
