Retail Inventory Associate – Driver

This Is an Active Job

You Will Spend Most Of Your Shift Standing and walking for extended periods
Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
Climbing ladders when needed
Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What You'll Do

• Travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region
• Transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
