About the role
Responsible for processing retail loan applications, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and assess creditworthiness
- Communicate with customers to gather additional information
- Prepare loan documents and submit to underwriters
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Comply with all federal, state, and local lending laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lending or customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures
- Experience with loan underwriting software
- Strong attention to detail
