Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end administration of the brand learning platform, including configuration, user provisioning, enrollment management, course publishing, and reporting, ensuring 99%+ platform uptime and accuracy of user data.
  • Evaluate and integrate new platform features, third-party tools, and emerging learning technologies to enhance retail partner engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Create e-learning modules, microlearning assets, video content, infographics, and interactive resources using authoring tools while applying adult learning theory to every program.
  • Design and produce engagement content for the platform's communication module — including announcements, brand news, campaigns, contests, and recognition — to drive platform adoption and sustained user activity.
  • Build and refresh brand resource libraries (product knowledge, brand heritage, selling tools, visual merchandising guides) in close partnership with brand teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and technical support resource for retail partners using the platform, resolving inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and a service-first mindset.
  • Develop onboarding journeys, welcome communications, and self-service knowledge resources that ensure every retail partner has a seamless first-time and ongoing experience on the platform.
  • Gather voice-of-the-user feedback through surveys, focus groups, and usage analytics to inform platform and content roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales team to translate brand-required training and storytelling into platform-ready content that protects brand equity and elevates retail execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with the U.S. L&D, Sales, and Marketing to align learning initiatives with broader business goals and ensure consistent global standards.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and platform providers to scope, schedule, and quality-assure deliverables.
  • Manage user lifecycles (creation, enrollment, role assignment, deactivation), audit access on a recurring cadence, and maintain accurate organizational hierarchies within the platform.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, governance documents, and a content style guide that ensure scalable, repeatable platform operations as the user base grows.
  • Track learning KPIs — including enrollment rates, completion rates, time-to-competency, learner satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and content engagement — and produce monthly dashboards for leadership.
  • Lead the platform launch in partnership with the Senior Manager, including go-to-market communications, retail partner onboarding, training-the-trainer sessions, and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive platform adoption across the retail partner network, setting and meeting targets for active users, course completions, and engagement module participation.
