Responsibilities

• Guide store associates to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Competencies relative to the position.
• Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office.
• Quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
• Independent and discreet, able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude contributing to a positive team environment.
• Effective working relationships with team members and willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.

• Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Physical requirements: frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, operating a Brannock device.
• Age requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience: Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment. Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
