Retail Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Total Comfort is hiring Retail Lead Generation Specialists to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. The position is available part-time or full-time in Colonial Heights, VA, with flexible hours and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
• No prior HVAC experience required.

Pay

Base pay: $20‑$22 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earning potential: $25–$35 per hour with commission. Weekly pay via direct deposit.

Schedule

Flexible hours offered; weekend availability required. Part‑time and full‑time schedules available.
