Responsibilities
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization's products or services, including technical details, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Builds strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals to offer tailored solutions.
- Develops and implements sales strategies to meet and exceed targets driving revenue growth.
- Collaborates with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies.
- Provides support to account managers in managing client relationships, driving pursuits, and renewing contracts.
- Led contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develops a robust long-term sales pipeline to enhance the organization’s market presence in a specialized area.
- Acts upon client feedback in collaboration with internal teams to improve the quality of products or services and strengthen client relationships.
- Shares expertise and best practices with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Stays informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify target markets, create pricing strategies, and set sales goals.
Qualifications
- Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
