Responsibilities

• Create an emotional connection with customers by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
• Exceed customer expectations through exceptional retail experience.
• Guide store associates to ensure they meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate effectively with diverse groups and maintain a positive team environment.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Set and maintain high standards of performance and inspire colleagues.
• Speak, read, comprehend, and write English fluently.
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 months of experience in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive knowledge of retail and industry trends.

Pay

The anticipated low and high ends of the base pay range for this position are $20.07 - $27.15 per hour. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including experience, qualifications, and competencies.

Schedule
