Responsibilities

• Create an emotional connection with customers by being a dedicated and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
• Guide store associates to exceed customer expectations and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve product offerings and store operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience working in a retail environment for at least 12 months.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive knowledge of products, retail, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
