About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create an emotional connection with customers through exceptional service and enthusiasm.
• Guide store associates to exceed customer expectations.
• Find innovative solutions to challenges and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and sales performance.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 months of experience in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive knowledge of products, retail, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and standing, walking, reaching, and using hand and arm movements frequently.
• Must be 18 years or older.
