About the role

We are seeking Leads who embody creativity, confidence, and collaboration. These individuals are inspired by new ideas, passionate about their craft, and committed to fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create an emotional connection with customers by being a dedicated and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
  • Guide store associates to exceed customer expectations and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute to the development of innovative strategies.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages such as MS Office.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 12 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Advanced selling experience and comprehensive knowledge of products, retail, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
