As a Key Holder, you'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving store targets, and keeping the store looking its best. Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations
• Delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect jewellery
• Supporting the team to achieve sales and store targets
• Helping create a positive, motivating, and inclusive team environment
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store
• Supporting stock replenishment and product presentation
• Taking responsibility for the store when required
• Leading by example and helping the team deliver on Lovisa's customer-first approach

Qualifications

• Previous retail or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised and able to manage your time effectively
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
