About the role

The Key Holder role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and keeping the store looking presentable for customers. Lovisa is a fashion‑forward jewelry brand that offers on‑trend fashion jewelry at ready‑to‑wear prices, with trend‑spotting teams drawing inspiration from couture runways and street style to deliver 150 new styles each week. Founded in Australia in 2010, Lovisa now operates over 550 stores across 20 countries including New Zealand, the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, and Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets.
• Keep the store looking presentable for customers.
• Ensure the store always looks presentable and inviting to customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience working in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
