About the role
As a Key Holder, you will support delivering the sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they’re retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
- Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
- Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in company values and elevated product knowledge.
- Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
- Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
- Perform opening and closing routines, including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation/dissemination of company directives.
- Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
- Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including climbing ladders, lifting, reaching, bending, and kneeling to obtain products for customers.
- Consistently lift 10 pounds and up to 50 pounds.
- Adhere to all safety standards and expectations to provide the safest, cleanest, and most engaging experience.
- Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.

- Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
