Overview

Responsibilities
- Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others.
- Create loyalty through personalized customer connections and positively memorable shopping experiences.
- Sell effectively by building baskets.
- Work with integrity as the Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
- Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products.
- Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
- Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

- A passion for the health & wellness industry.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs.
