Retail Key Holder - Part-Time

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. This role is ideal for those passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn about supplements, and looking for a fulfilling career where they can make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Create loyalty through personalized customer connections and positively memorable shopping experiences.
• Sell effectively by building baskets.
• Work with integrity as the Manager On Duty in absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products correctly.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, keep shelves stocked, and price products accurately.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• A passion for the health & wellness industry.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and various locations, as needed.
