Retail Inventory Supervisor - Convenience Store (Travel)

Starting wage: $21.75 - $23.75 per hour. Part-time position with a consistent schedule and weekly pay.

About the role

Our Retail Convenience Store Team role is perfect for people who love to train and drive for results. This is a travel-based position with employer-paid travel up to 4 nights a week, including meal per diem and possible overnights.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns
• Partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail convenience store locations

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Preferred Experience

• Convenience store background
• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, or delivery driver experience
• Gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor experience

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking
