Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings
Starting wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
About the role
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed.
This is an active, part-time role where you will spend most of your shift standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders when needed. You will lift and carry items up to 25 pounds while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
- Travel to retail locations
- Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or athletic experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
