Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings

Starting wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $2.00 more within the first 6 months and additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.

About the role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This is an active, part-time role with early morning hours, flexible scheduling, and paid training. No prior inventory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values: Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork

Work environment

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently
• Climb ladders when needed
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or athletic experience are valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
