Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings

Pay

Starting wage: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. Eligible for productivity‑based wage increases up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum increase of $5.00. Referral bonuses of $200 are paid for each successful referral.

Responsibilities

• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow (“playbook”) for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and celebrate achievements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• No degree needed; candidates returning to the workforce, with military experience, or with reliable transportation are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

• Standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking.
• Use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
• Frequent low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Frequent use of a ladder.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lb.
• Frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.

Schedule

Primarily early‑morning shifts, with the flexibility to work traditional, non‑traditional, and varied hours. Greater availability can lead to higher earnings.
