Retail Inventory Associate - Mornings
Starting wage: $19.00–$21.00 per hour. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.
About the role
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide paid training. This is an active, part-time position with early-morning shifts and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program
- Travel to retail locations
- Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
Physical demands
- Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
- Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently
- Climb ladders when needed
- Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or athletic experience are all valuable backgrounds. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
