Retail Inventory Associate Driver - Miami South Metro Area

Urgently hiring throughout the greater Miami South Metro area, including Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Westchester, Kendall, Homestead, Redlands, Coral Gables and Doral.

Pay

Starting wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• Minimum of three years proven driving experience
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Skills

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable. No degree required.

• This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Involves bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders when needed
• Requires lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
