Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

What You'll Do

• Transport employees to and from inventory events in a safe and timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old for van driving qualifications.
• At least 18 years old for personal vehicle driving qualifications.
• At least 3 years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Flexibility to work flexible schedules including early mornings and late nights.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

Skills

• Active job requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling to support District Managers and customer commitments.
• Includes very early mornings and/or late nights.

Pay

• Starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gaming, athletes, coaches, and general labor is valued.
