Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay program
- Travel to retail locations
- Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
- Spend most of the shift standing and walking for extended periods
- Bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights
