Retail Inventory Associate – Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
• Spend most of the shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights
