Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

What You Will Do

This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.

  • Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
  • Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
  • Showcase precision in counting and recording inventory.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals and celebrate successes.
  • Enjoy productivity-based wage increases.

  • Work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, or Warehouse work (optional)
  • No inventory experience needed, but must be able to bring discipline and learn
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
  • Comfort with learning handheld scanners or count tools
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Driver Requirement

  • Possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
  • A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours

Working Conditions

  • The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
  • The ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
  • The ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
  • The ability to frequently use a ladder
  • The ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
  • The ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays

Salary

$15.00 - $17.00 starting wage
