Retail Inventory Associate – Driver

About the role

The Retail Inventory Associate - Driver position offers a unique opportunity to join WIS International, a leading provider of inventory management solutions for top retailers. This role combines the excitement of being on your feet and moving around with the satisfaction of contributing to accurate inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay programs
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old for van driving and at least 18 years old for personal vehicle driving for business needs
• No degree required
• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gaming, athletics, coaching, and general labor is valued
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Pay

Starting at $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, with potential for performance-based pay increases.
