About the role
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active, part-time role where you’ll spend most of your shift standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and occasionally climbing ladders. You’ll lift and carry items up to 25 pounds while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations.

Requirements
- At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
