Retail Hiring Event: The RealReal Glendale (LA) - 8/27/26

We’re opening a new retail location at The Americana (Glendale, CA) and hosting a hiring event on August 27, 2026 at 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Client Advisors (Resales Specialist), Sales Associates (Customer Experience Specialists), and Stock Associates (Inventory Operations Specialist).

Responsibilities

• Support consignors and clients in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Additional duties as discussed at the hiring event

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years retail experience in a customer or business-facing position
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Dedication to delivering an elevated experience to customers and employees
• Problem-solving skills to meet customer needs
• Positive, friendly demeanor with professional integrity representing The RealReal brand
• Receptiveness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
• Comfortability with ambiguity and creative problem-solving
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to balance competing priorities without showing stress or frustration
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay

• Inventory Shopkeeper Associate: $19.51–$22.29 per hour
• Resales Specialist and Customer Experience Specialist: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

Starting pay is determined by factors including primary work location, candidate skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary is one component of The RealReal’s total rewards package, which may also include bonuses, incentive pay, and benefits.
