Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Oxmoor Center - Louisville, KY)

About the role

The Sales Lead position at Fabletics Retail's Oxmoor Center - Louisville, KY store is seeking a self-motivated, energetic individual with a minimum of 1 year of retail experience. Prior retail management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, excellent social interaction skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insights on how to Live your passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, offering knowledge about Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement both inside and outside the store, including store events and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
• Participate in providing and nurturing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
