Responsibilities

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and brand representation in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply excellent communication skills to build customer relationships and coach team members.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide design advice to customers and team members.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.
• Help deliver on Framebridge’s 100% happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Experience as a keyholder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Degree in art, design, marketing, or relevant fields preferred but not required.

Pay

Framebridge believes the posted hourly range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. The range may vary based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details will be discussed during the application process.
