Retail Front End Supervisor - Full-Time

Join Burlington as a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor and become an integral part of the store leadership team. This position works closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources, serving as a stepping-stone to a management role within our expanding organization. Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues and concerns, making informed decisions to ensure exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Reinforce company Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Pay

Base pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
