Retail Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and other support staff members
• Performing performance evaluations for staff members supervised
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage
• Maintaining shelf stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store
• Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers
• Managing all customers' requests, comments, and complaints offline and onsite and escalating where necessary
• Managing social media handles of the company
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts
• Ensuring a clean ambiance of the outlet is maintained throughout the day

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc Degree in related field
• 3 - 10 years relevant experience in similar role
• Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar
• Demonstrable experience in social media accounts management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing online customers on social media platforms (an added advantage)
