About the Role

We are urgently hiring Retail Influencers for our Caper Cart Experience Team in Warminster and Hatfield. As a Retail Influencer, you'll transform everyday shopping into an unforgettable experience by introducing customers to the Caper Cart, a new "smart" shopping cart that revolutionizes the grocery shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption - Demo the cart with customers to encourage usage.
• Create Buzz - Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Caper Cart experience.
• Show & Tell - Deliver quick, fun tutorials highlighting the cart's features.
• Be the Go-To Expert - Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Collect Insights - Gather customer feedback to improve the experience.
• Collaborate - Work with store teams for seamless rollout.
• Deliver WOW Moments - Provide top-tier service, leaving customers smiling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Retail, Brand Ambassador, or Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work the entire duration of assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Enjoys talking with people and striking up friendly conversations.
• Can tailor pitches to different customer types (seniors, parents, etc.).
• Comfortable with new technology and demonstrating it.
• Reliable, self-directed, and compliant with demo processes.
• Stays positive and resilient when faced with rejection.
• Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar roles.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read the room and adapt to different customer needs.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
• Organized and detail-oriented for end-of-shift admin tasks.

Pay

Starting wage: $19.50-$20.50/hr. Travel and training wages vary by location. Ask your recruiter for details.

Working Conditions
