Responsibilities
- Recruit, on-board, develop, schedule, coach, and manage Retail Sales Associates (Outfitters)
- Create the best customer experience by focusing on the team
- Oversee Retail Sales Associates 5 days a week, one of which is a weekend day
Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Proven track record of leading by example, giving feedback, and coaching in the moment
- Experience in having hard conversations (performance, disciplinary, etc.)
- Passion for coaching and developing people
- Ability to balance employee and business needs
- Passion for managing, training, and motivating employees
- Experience owning and managing administrative tasks, customer interactions, and a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- Professional and timely internal and external communication
- Develops and trains staff
- Fosters growth of others through recognition, coaching, and development opportunities
- Supports business decisions, prioritizing staff and customers
- Builds and maintains trust from staff and customers through sound judgment
