Overview
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $23 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus
Requirements
- Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
- This is a field-based role where you will visit local retailers and ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the program.
What You’ll Do
- Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
- Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
- Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
- Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
What This Role Looks Like
- Field-based position with daily travel within your assigned territory.
- Approximately 22-35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling.
- Mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up.
- Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
