Retail Employee

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all customers as a Host at the front entrance or throughout the store
• Connect with customers to suggest solutions for their organizational challenges
• Design and sell custom closets and other storage solutions
• Operate the register with a focus on providing a great checkout experience
• Introduce and enroll customers in our rewards program
• Process merchandise during early morning or evening shifts
• Maintain the sales floor by keeping shelves full and presented according to brand standards
• Assist with customer carryout, including curbside and parking lot/garage service
• Support store cleaning routines, including dusting, restrooms, and vacuuming
• Process customer orders for curbside pickup and/or delivery
• Organize the stockroom to support store selling efforts
• Adhere to time expectations, performing tasks accurately and efficiently
• Actively engage with customers to solve their organizational challenges

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Retail sales experience a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers
• Understands retail requires flexibility in scheduling
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay

Starting at $15.00 an hour, up to $18.00 an hour.
