About the Role

Lead and oversee multiple store operations within a designated area, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies. Manage full profit and loss responsibilities, drive sales growth, and optimize store performance through effective planning, resource management, and team development.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years retail management experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history (role involves weekly travel using a company vehicle).
