Retail District Manager

About the Role

Lead and oversee multiple store operations within an assigned area, ensuring full profit and loss responsibility while aligning with company objectives and policies.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive store culture that reflects company values and provides exceptional customer service.
• Manage human resources practices, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Drive area sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives, optimize store scheduling, and protect company assets.
• Identify new business opportunities related to store growth, merchandising displays, real estate, and system implementations.
• Communicate divisional and regional priorities clearly to store teams.

Requirements

• Proven leadership with results-oriented management, exemplifying company values.
• Experience in managing multi-unit retail operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, inventory control, and resource management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and good judgment.
• At least four years of retail management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel weekly using a company vehicle.
