Retail Distribution Center Delivery Driver Lead

About the role

The Delivery Driver delivers products to appointed locations in an efficient, effective, and safe manner, while promoting exceptional customer service through quality workmanship, as well as clear and professional communication. You will manage driving to customers' homes on pre-routed trips. It is critical to have a customer centric mindset as your delivery is direct to the customer and our goal is to always give our customers a world class experience.

What You'll Do

• Drive to customers' homes on pre-routed trips
• Handle deliveries ranging from door drop-off to full set-up of products in a customer's home
• Follow best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries
• Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions

What You Bring

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• At least 21 years old
• Clean driving record – 3 years
• Box Truck Delivery Driving Experience – 2 years
• Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to transport loads of 75+ lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain reliable attendance
• Thrive in a team environment
