2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
Responsibilities
- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
- Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs
- Following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives
- Managing store-level relationships and ensuring top-quality execution on every project
- Responding and remaining responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact)
- Fully completing all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
- Completing necessary forms/images/surveys associated with each job/assignment before leaving the job site
- Maintaining and updating displays according to planograms/client requests
- Conducting break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional
- Participating in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people and providing solution feedback
- Participating in virtual software tasks and ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines
- Assisting other members of the team as needed
- Adhering to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Completing training and certification programs
- Accurately tracking, recording, and communicating activity via designated systems/workflows
- Available for weekend assignments as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed
- Early morning and late-night availability as needed
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height
- Safely lift and carry up to 60lbs
- Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead
- Adjust to the ever-changing variety of tasks and work environments
- Effective communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email, to coordinate tasks and provide updates
- Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data
- Successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
- Complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame
- Work collaboratively and autonomously
- Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily
- Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Capable of making sound decisions, showing good judgment, and solving problems effectively
- Able to work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Installation and merchandising experience preferred
- Proficiency with hand and power tool usage
- Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data
- Successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
