Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time
Part-time position located in Holyoke, MA and the surrounding area.
About the role
Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products, including HD TVs, home theater equipment, small and large home appliances, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and home audio. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
Clients include global brands such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
Schedule
Up to 15 hours per week. Availability required Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No weekends or evenings.
Additional opportunities for more hours may be available if covering larger regions or traveling.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain promotional product displays in retail stores
- Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
- Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
Requirements
- Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
- Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled smart device with the latest OS update (laptop/desktop access is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required for travel between stores)
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Pay
General merchandising projects: $18.00 per hour
Additional technical projects available at higher rates, based on need.
