Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

About the role

Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser serving Paris, TN and the surrounding area. Enhance the retail experience by setting up and maintaining promotional product displays for major retail stores within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects at major retail stores to represent clients’ brands by setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide variety of products including HD TVs, home theater equipment, home appliances, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and home audio.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

Schedule

• Up to 10 hours per week.
• Availability required Monday–Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
• No weekends or evenings.
• Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.

Requirements

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within an assigned territory.
• Attention to detail to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for store-to-store travel.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Skills

• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled smart device with the latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus.

Pay

• General merchandising projects: $17.00 per hour.
• Additional technical projects available at higher rates based on need.
