Pay

The Target Pay Range for this position is $96,900.00-$118,400.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $75,300.00 - $140,100.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience. 5 years of relevant experience in business development or consultative sales, preferably within financial services.
• Desired Qualifications: Proven ability to drive growth via business development practices, success in driving enterprise growth and supporting high-impact programs and large-scale relationships in a large, complex organization, experience with affinity group development, B2B strategy, and community-based outreach, familiarity with banking trends and innovation frameworks, demonstrated ability to analyze information, extract key insights, and apply data to make sound, informed decisions, interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and effectively manage and meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines.
